Under $100 Fall Look : Colorblock Belted Dress & Oxford Bootie
This colorblock belted dress is divine. Yes, that’s a dress, not a blouse and skirt combo. Accessorize with something black perhaps. I do suggest not wearing a necklace though. I think the tie-neck is plenty enough. You don’t wanna look overboard right up there. A simple stud earrings and a tennis bracelet would look oh-so-sophisticated.
