Stunning is the word to describe this Niki by Niki Livas Beaded Gown.
This matte jersey gown has a beaded treatment on the shoulder straps which crisscrosses above the open back. A very beautiful detail if I say so myself. It used to be $160 but is now currently on sale for $96 at Dillard’s. Available sizes are 6 to 14. Pair it with silver or black stilettos. I don’t think it’s necessary to wear a necklace. The beaded shoulder straps would suffice. Earrings, maybe a delicate dainty bracelet and a black clutch would complete the look.

Here’s another Under $100 Jersey gown from Neiman Marcus Clearance sale. This time it’s Kay Unger New York. It used to be $390, on sale for $98.
