Oh how I ♥ this Nine West Chenille Dot Pleated Empire Waist Dress. I love polka-dot prints, that’s why . Plus it’s a shade of blue which is my favorite color. Check out the straps. like a ruffled detailed on ‘em. Such a pretty summer dress, don’t you think? I wouldn’t necessarily wear it with blue kitten heels like the model. This London Times Printed Spaghetti Straps Dress is now on sale for $48. Pretty huh? I love the ruched wide white band on the empire waist. Wear with flats, stilettos or if you’re feeling adventurous, maybe the oh-so trendy gladiator wedges . I would. Just to see how it would look.
