Is it just me or are there too many things going on with this Forever21 Ruffled Babydoll Dress? There’s the ruffles, which trust me I do like. then there’s the satin waist-tie which I also like. But not together. Just take the waist tie and leave it as ruffled dress or don’t do the ruffles and just do a waist tie babydoll dress. Know what I mean?
