Amy Adams looked beautiful in her Carolina Herrera crimson strapless dress during the 2009 Oscar Awards. Having said that, I was bored by it. Most stylists and fashionistas on TV has picked this look apart and the consensus is that the chuncky necklace did not complement the dress. I actually like the necklace but I agree with them. That’s the reason why the dress seemed a bit boring to me. The combination with the necklace just did not go together.

Kate Winslet, Best Actress Winner once again wowed me with her Yves Saint Laurent gun metal gray one-shoulder dress with a black lace overlay. Kate can’t do no wrong in my book.
