If you are looking for a pair of red pumps like me then you might probably like this red patent t-strap pumps from Charlotte Russe. I know I do.

Charlotte Russe Patent T-Strap Pumps
Details include faux leather patent, peep-toe, t-strap and buckled ankle strap standing tall in a 4 1/2 inches heels. Woohoo. It’s a covered platform though so it wouldn’t be that hard to walk into compare to stilettos.
I just love the cutout vamp going into the t-strap then the buckles. For $26.99, that price isn’t bad either.

I don’t know what came over me but I suddenly found myself coveting a pair of red gladiator heels. I haven’t exactly found the one I want but I have some choices that I would like to share with my fellow shoeholics. Maybe you’ll be able to help me pick or better yet, get one for yourself. Here are 5 red gladiator heels that I like.

Vince Camuto Paloma, $139. Anne Michelle Gladiator Sandals, $26.99. Elastic Strap Zipper Back Heel, $23.10. Patent Stud Decor Heels, $20.10.

I also like this Styluxe Patent Gladiator Platform Heels from Make Me Chic but of course it’s not available.

I would actually wear the white pair with the Calvin Klein Strapless dress that I just posted a few minutes ago. However, I prefer the brown color so that’s probably what I would buy for myself.
Details include snake pattern leatherettes, studded straps and double ankle buckles.

A Shoeholic’s Tips On Organizing Shoes
April 6, 2009 by Dexie Wharton
Filed under A Little Bit Of Help, Love That Shoes, SIL Shoeholic, Style It Less Advices
There are 4 people in my family. That’s a lot of shoes for 4 people. It may not be as big as the Jon & Kate + 8 family, but it’s pretty big for us especially when the Mom (that’s me) is a self-confessed shoeholic.

Old Office Shelf Turned Into A Shoes Shelf
For my son who is in 5th grade, he has 2 separate places for his shoes in the bedroom. I bought him a large laundry basket for his playtime and school sneakers. He has a separate open shelf for oxfords, boots, and slipons.
If you’re wondering about the laundry basket and the open shelf, let me explain further. He’s 10 yrs old. Everything, including his shoes must be conveniently accessible. Especially in the morning when he’s in a hurry for school.
My daughter who is only 2 yrs old has acquired quite a lot of shoes but like any child, she grows out of them too fast. I recently bought her a Disney Princesses heart-shape pop up hamper which she could actually reach easy and fast. It also helps when it’s time for cleaning up time.

Disney Princesses Pop Up Hamper
Pick ‘em up and drop ‘em onto the hamper. I am proud to say that she loves shoes as much as her Mother. It’s cute to watch her pick her own shoes from the hamper everyday. (Disney Princesses Pop Up Hamper, $9.99)
For my husband and I, we share a closet in the master’s bedroom for shoes. Our house doesn’t have an extra closet for me to have my own shoes closet. I get the biggest space of course. Much to his chagrin, I turned a shoe rack into a purse rack. I consider it a clever way in hanging the handbags but my husband thinks otherwise.
Having all that shoes storage in our respective rooms, the living room gets a dosage of our shoes too. There are shoes that goes in the bedrooms, but there are shoes that stays in the living room for convenience sake. Our living room is not that big. A corner of it is actually my office. This is when organizing becomes a challenge but with creativity and materials it’s really not that hard.
Instead of giving away an old office shelf when my office got a new and bigger desk, I retained the shelf and turned it into a living room shoes and purse shelf (refer to the 1st image). It’s now a communal shelf meant for regular footwear that we use when going outside the house, running some errands, and workout sneakers. It’s also a place for me to put the purses I regularly use, diaper bag, and the dSLR camera that I use on a daily basis. The latter has to be easily accessible for my foodblogging job and miscellany pictures.
In summation, laundry baskets, hampers, and old office shelves can be revived by using/recylcing them into new storage places. It keeps things like shoes from a shoeholic family neat and properly organized. Having the convenience for easy access is just a cherry on top.

As promised the other day, here are the new shoes I purchased a couple of weeks ago from Cutesy Shoes. They finally arrived 2 days ago.

I picked this Classified White Gladiator Flats ($18.99) instead of a black pair because I think it would look great with bright colored sundresses. I already have a pair of black gladiator flats from CATO anyway. I had to educate my husband on the name of the shoes because when I asked him to take a picture (2nd image) he called it as “some Roman s**t“. I informed him that these types of shoes are called “Gladiators” in which he replied, “Well that makes sense“. Indeed it does.

Recession Shopping : Unlisted "I’m Spending" Peep-Toe Pumps For $10

Recession Shopping, that’s the new name for bargain shopping. I haven’t done that much shopping for myself lately and I’ve been so stressed out about certain things so I figured it’s time for some retail therapy. But of course, I did it in bargains :). This is where this Unlisted “I’m Spending” Pumps came in. Ironically, I might add.
When I stepped into the shoe section of TJMaxx, I was actually hoping I’d find a pair of black gladiator pumps. I didn’t. But I saw this pair of Unlisted d’orsay bow peep-toe pumps with a $10 price tag and I was hooked. I couldn’t put it down. I actually saw it a few weeks ago online while browsing around for sales I could feature here. I thought to myself, “oh that is soooo cute but soooo NOT me“. How so? Well, the floral print is funky for my style. The only printed heels I have are animal prints. I do have floral print wedges which I don’t mind at all.

Can I rave about my black and purple pleated skirt first? I found it at CATO for $9.99. It’s black with purple round prints. It’s so pretty. As soon as I saw it, I knew I would wear knee-high boots with it this season. I’d probably wear it with pumps or wedges come Spring/Summer.
Here’s the full breakdown of my Under $100 Fall Look :
Gray Bolero, $3 (the same gray bolero right here)
Ribbed tank top, $5
Black and Purple Skirt, $9.99
Payless Black Knee-high faux suede stacked heels boots, $29.99
D&G Sunnies, gift
sterling silver watch, gift
sterling silver hoop earrings, $4.99
I didn’t wear a bracelet or necklace with this outfit. I decided to go minimal on the accessories. Did you notice my bangs? Yup, I got them back :).

Bargain Shopping : Wild Diva Black Boots

In my quest to find a new pair of black knee-high boots, I stumbled upon this pair of Wild Diva with metal grommet studs on the side boots ($15) from Cutesy Girl. This was after 2 days of frustration from not having luck on the other pairs I liked from different stores. Either they weren’t available or they weren’t on my size. I actually preferred the brown color pair but as the story of my life goes, my size wasn’t available. Geez, does everyone wear 8 1/2 in the US?
Because of that I decided to get it in black and just find another style of boots in brown. Yes, I was determined to find 2 pairs, black and brown in one store to save shipping. By the way, I turned to online shopping after checking out my favorite shoe stores with no success. As much as I resisted ordering boots online, without trying it on, I caved and crossed my fingers. The last time I bought a pair of shoes online was 3 or 4 years ago on Ebay. It was a pair of boots also :).
