Under $100 Look : 2-Toned Skirt, Top & Booties With Silver Accents
I like two-toned styles, do you? Most especially the black and white tones. It’s chic and elegant. May it be a dress or a skirt outfit. I saw this two-tones floral skirt from Forever21 so I figured I’d create an Under $100 Look with it. This is exactly how I would wear this silk two-toned floral print skirt.

Gorgeous! By the way, you have to tuck in the top. I want that oxford pumps but the Payless store I went to yesterday didn’t have ‘em. I guess I’ll visit the other stores. Wish me luck.
