I was just going to feature this OC by Oleg Cassini Embroidered Silk Halter Dress by itself since it’s on sale but I figure might as well create an Under $100 Look out of it. It’s pretty, no? I love the floral embroidery at the bottom. A nice pair of shoes and you’d look posh and stylish throughout the day
