When is a Purse Not Just a Purse?

It’s been awhile since I discovered ASOS, the fabulous UK shopping site that makes me think, just for a moment, I have any business wearing harem pants.
The site’s line of accessories are usually spot-on, but I do wonder from time to time just what age group ASOS aims to target with something like the straw cupcake purse?
The Hexagonal Spot Handheld Bag strikes me as more wearable, you know, on a day you’re feeling whimsical and are wearing nothing but solid white or black.

Today, asos starts their LTD 100 collection, a super limited set of stuff.
They’re designed by fashion students and from what I can tell, they’re 100 items, one of each (someone correct me if I’m wrong).
It reminds me of Fred Flare’s Next Big Thing, but a lot more high end. I’m curious to see how expensive the items are. I’ll keep an eye out today and try to show you what I think are the best.
