Check out the amazing beaded “Firebird” purse from Etsy seller, Gas Light Me

The purse is actually woven from tiny little seed beads!  I’ve done bead weaving before, and let me tell you – it takes a lot of patience.  I would guess that there are probably a good couple of hundred hours in this lovely little bag.
What a show-stopper this would be for a dressy evening out!

I’m so excited – I got this in the mail yesterday:

I’ve been lusting after it for about six weeks on Etsy in Retro Kitsch’s shop and finally decided to treat myself   It’s an eensy wee little beaded evening bag.  I don’t know anything about it other than it’s fairly old and has a “Made in Czechoslovakia” tag on the inside.
What can I say, I love vintage evening bags
