In the spirit of Halloween coming soon, today I have an amazing recipe for a nourishing body mask using pumpkin puree. I was at a spa in Beverly Hills a few years back and they turned me onto making this beauty treatment at home. The yogurt, honey and pumpkin are all great for nourishing and hydrating your skin. You can use it all over your body, as well as your face. It’s messy but you can just rinse in the shower.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup natural honey
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned)

This recipe is good enough to eat, but actually it’s for your skin. If your face is dehydrated or just looking a little dull, this facial mask, fortified with cocoa powder, will rejuvenate your skin and leave it feeling extra soft. This homemade mask is recommended for normal or dry skin.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsp. heavy cream
3 tsp. cottage cheese
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup rolled oats
