The Best of 2007

In celebration of the New Year, I’m going through the archives and sharing my favorite posts… or in this case – my favorite posts for my least favorite things!

Here are some of the trends that I hope don’t follow us into 2008… or stuff that’s not even trendy – just bad!

• Scary handbags!
• Celebrities blindly following their stylist’s advice.
• Designers making body-part accessories.
• Inappropriate names for accessories.
• Ankle-wrenching platform heels.
• Strangely feminine jackets.
• Shoes for the toe fetishist.
• Flip-flops that melt your toes.
• No, just…. no.
• Wookie handbags.
• Leg warmers.  Shudder.
• Scary expensive – and maybe just plain scary too.

I think that’s enough cringe-worth fashion for now – I promise I’ll bring the fun stuff tomorrow!
