Rihanna decided to rock the layered necklace look at the London premier of Quentin Tarantino’s lastest flick – “Inglourious Basterds“.
The singer wore dozens of pearl necklaces in different lengths and sizes- very striking against her all-black outfit!

I can’t find the designer’s name, but her necklace was made of sliced agate, with a wrapped gold trim:

Actress Brooke Shields sported a gorgeous 6.65 carat faceted garnet ring at the recent Metropolitan Opera’s 125th Anniversary Gala in New York.

Dramatic Collar Necklaces at the Oscars

It seemed like the Oscars this year were a little tamer and a little bit more restrained than in previous years – or at least it felt like it when it came to the red carpet jewelry!
There were still actresses who decided to go for the glamor and wore some spectacular pieces of jewelry. I noticed several lovely “collar” length or bib style necklaces in particular.
