Ah, the holiday season is upon us once again. Festive lights, music, the smell of gingerbread… and Christmas parties?

Even if you’re not a big fan of Christmas parties (especially of the office variety) at least you get the fun of shopping for accessories for the bash

First it was all the suede shoes that I was drawn to. Now it seems that lace is taking its place. But is there anything not to like about these shoes? And did you notice the ends of the bows??

It won’t be long now before we go looking for the perfect evening bag for the upcoming Christmas parties. And lately, I have had this thing about having more than one. Who wants to be seen carrying the same evening bag to all the parties that run just about every weekend? Not me. So, here’s my pick for today. (And I especially like the purple. I already have a few black ones, but nothing in purple!!

Velvet Wrap = Christmas Fashion

I don’t know about you, but I hate getting all dressed up for a Christmas party and then having to wear a heavy coat. It’s just not comfortable. You go from the house to the car, take coat off, drive to restaurant, put coat back on, go in restaurant and take coat off again. It just makes so much more sense to wrap yourself in velvet. Yes, it definitely works for me.
