I’ve added another accessory to my list of Must-Haves for Fall: the hooded scarf.  Similar to the snood, the hooded scarf is versatile and stylish.  I am always misplacing hats, scarves, and gloves in the winter so I am so happy to discover accessories that cut down on the amount of items that I need to carry around with me.  The hooded scarf combines the function of the hat and scarf by providing cold weather protection for the top of the head, ears, AND neck with one piece.

Faux fur outerwear, vests, and accessories are one of the hottest and most luxurious items this Fall.  Fur has always been to-die-for, but now we can wrap ourselves in plush soft fur without any guilt!  Faux fur looks and feels great and is so much more environmentally-friendly than the real deal.  As faux fur materials become more realistic in feel, I’m certain that all designers will start moving in this direction.

Don’t ask me why, but I lose mittens like there is no tomorrow! In our basement, we have a laundry basket and at the end of the season, all of the gloves, mittens, scarves, hats etc. all get thrown.
