Citron, Honey & Coriander Hand Therapy

Lemongrass & Sugarcane Shower Mousse

For many years, I have been a fan of Crabtree & Evelyn. Their products are always top quality and most often very affordable. One of my favorites is the Lemongrass & Sugarcane Shower Mousse from their Naturals line. You might have seen this product in Oprah Magazine or any number of other beauty publications.
This luxurious, foamy body wash cleans, nourishes, soothes and hydrates dull, tired skin. It contains no parabens, synthetic dyes or sodium lauryl sulfate. And with all the bad things out of it, there’s room for plenty of goodness!
The vitamin-rich lemon water, lemongrass and sugar cane come together …read more

Deals at Crabtree & Evelyn

This week, Crabtree & Evelyn just announced it is one of — what, thousands? — of shops to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy within the last few months. I’ve always preferred their body lotions and soaps to Bath & Body’s line and found the news sad and disappointing. And then I visited their website and learned how I could pitch in to help keep them afloat, while stocking up on wonderful products.
As you can imagine, there are some major sales cooking at Crabtree, with select items, including solid perfumes and home fragrances, slashed by up to 75 percent off their …read more

Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Body Cream

One of my favourite scents is lavender and I’m sure you’re all well aware the calming effects of the scent. The Romans used lavender oils for bathing, cooking, for fragrance too. In these modern times lavender is used in a variety of bath, skin and even home products.
After a long day at work, the best way to de-stress is to take a refreshing shower and then lather on lavender scented body cream. It will calm you down and help you sleep. Try this Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Body Cream with Essential Oil. It’s quick absorbing and skin softening too. It’s …read more

The Miracle Ingredient Aloe Vera

To expand on my previous post about the healing benefits of aloe vera , I thought I’d scope out more aloe vera based products for you. This hard-working succulent can be found in lots of beauty and skin care product ingredient labels.

Here are just some of the benefits aloe vera is said to have:
Reduction of scalp care, stings, sunburns, sore muscles, scrapes, scalds, psoriasis, acne, burns, arthritis, sprains, bruises, cold sores and abrasions.

It could possibly be a ‘miracle’ ingredient! …read more
