Back in the day when etsy was pretty new, there was alchemy. I have a great little laptop bag that was mde for me as the result of an alchemy request.
What was alchemy?
Alchemy was a message board of sorts, where a buyer would post an idea for a product and sellers would bid on the project. Alternately you could contact sellers directly for individual items.
You can always convo sellers right now for custom jobs, but alchemy was a great way to find new sellers who made great stuff.

I think I found Gail Schneider on Rare Bird Finds, and I instantly fell in love with them. Each shirt is custom and comes in a lot of varieties. The shirt above comes in white, black and brown with golden copper or black straps. I think they’re all really pretty and classic. ($70-75)
