Cute & Stylish Umbrellas from Mod Cloth

Currently we’re suffering through a drought here in perpetually sunny Southern California. What some of us would give to have just a bit of rain (or snow! ) to replenish our supplies and turn our nearly dead lawns green again.  Maybe we can channel our energies and thoughts so Mother Nature will hear our pleas?
