Alexander Wang handbags have been seen on just about every major style icon like from Mary-Kate Olsen to Nicole Richie just to name a few.
A native San Franciscan, Alexander Wang moved to New York at 18 to attend Parsons School of Design. He began designing his first collection during his sophomore year using the downtown street lifestyle, 80s influences and French chic fashions as his inspiration.

One of the best parts of my job is discovering new designers. There are loads of well known, new and upcoming handbag designers on the market today and it can get a little overwhelming for handbag lovers, especially for those of you who might be new to the whole designer bag market. Vika Brown moved to Chicago from the Ukraine in 1998, and the local fashion scene has benefited ever since. Her creations manage to mix feminine details with enough of an edge to keep everything from being too saccharine, and she always include trademark details like intricate little pleats.

Chicago designer Orlando Espinoza draws inspiration from the city around him – the iconic skyline and impressive architecture have clearly influenced his sculptural creations, which are clean, sleek, and never over-embellished.
