The £51 Wedding!

A lucky couple, Colette Colin and Lee Clark, in Surrey, England, recently had their wedding at the stunning Buckatree Hall in Shropshire. The won their wedding for only £51 (about $100) on eBay!

The couple had previously looked at the Buckatree for their venue, but couldn’t afford the £1000 pricetag. But, lucky for them, the Buckatree put the wedding up for bidding after another couple cancelled.

James Applegath of Defunkd is auctioning off 20 of these vintage t-shirts on eBay with 100% of the proceeds going to Africa Aid – a very worthwhile cause!

Did you know… of course you did… but there are more then 10 million items on Ebay on a given day. Seems to me that would be a very good place to go searching for that elusive handbag or perhaps a pair of shoes. Who knows what bargains await you.
But a word of advice… auctions can become very addictive! Trust me, I know!
