Heavy metal is making a big impact this fall with details like metal grommets, chains, studs and zippers finding some unexpected ways to shoe up on shoes and boots.
Sure, those chunky details have been around for years… but they’re more at home on a punked-out leather jacket or belt. You can find them on some decidedely feminine footwear now too.
Check out the “Rendel” pump from Vince Camuto – it’s a classic pump, accented with a pretty bow on the toe, right?

Divine Details Or Dreadful?

Don’t get me wrong – I love to make a statement with my footwear as much as the next woman…
But these boots are an awful lot of look for one outfit.
I’d like your opinion please – am I right, or are these boots just too much for the average person to wear?
Let’s start with boot A:
The “Tangy” boot by Beverly Feldman is made from embroidered suede and trimmed with “sculpted” patent leather.
