If you regularly miss those all important eight hours of sleep, you might notice dark circles starting to creep in under your eyes. Maybe you are sleeping, but your hormones are out of whack, allergies are flaring up, or your super stressed or you’re not getting enough water. Ultimately, if your life is out of balance…you might start seeing dark circles.

I usually think of sunscreen as a must-have in the summer, but then in the winter months, when I’m likely to stay curled up at home and stay warm, SPF doesn’t cross my mind.

Review: eyeSlices

Sounds like a plastic surgery treatment, doesn’t it? I thought so at first too, but then I got a chance to try these out, and they’re very cool.
eyeSlices are disposable eye-treatment pads which are kind of like high-tech cucumber slices. They come in this little green sort of contact lens type case, which keeps them clean and ready for their next use. eyeSlices are supposed to be good for up to 5 10 minute treatments, but I don’t know if I could last that long with these “on”.
