Have you had a chance to check out Chanel’s pre-fall 2009 focus on accessories video yet?

Oh my goodness – it sure makes me drool!

Lush, detailed jewelry, fabulous shoes and handbags – I can’t wait to see how these look in stores…

I don’t know if I could get away with wearing one of those ornate headdresses, but I’d definitely try out lots of other pieces.

One thing is for sure – Chanel is definitely making sure that this fall’s accessories are not minimalist.

The TED conference is an amazing blend of design, technology and the best of human ingenuity.

Designer Isaac Mizrahi was a guest speak at the latest TED conference – check out his take on the world of fashion. For some reason, I can’t get the video to embed, but you can watch it online here.
Of course, it helps that I love his designs as well… Check out this sleek white leather “Doctor’s Bag” handbag (it’s even on sale!):

I love boots – they’re versatile, fashionable and can be worn any time from morning until night. But what happens when your calves are too heavy, or legs too thin, or you’re too tall or too short.

Boot unhappiness!

TOMS has finally found a solution and created a boot that should fit almost anyone who wears it. The Wrap boot is essentially a shoe with a long, stretchy cotton band attatched to the top of the shoe:

To wear the boot, you slip the shoe on and spiral the wrap around your legs. You can go as high as you’d like or keep it low on your calves. You can wrap it over jean legs, or underneath a skirt. And because the wrap is stretchy, it will move with you all day long. There are several colors available on their website.
