Fringe may be one of the hottest trends of the Summer. It’s also a pretty good trend to take in to the Fall. It’s a great look to put on shoes and awesome on handbags. But, what about putting fringe on skirts and pants? Fringe on skirts is almost as good as a bubbly frilly dress. It makes me want to dance and twirl around to see the fringe move around.
