The Manta Ray Collection from Giorgio Armani Beauty is out for fall. Though not overly sparkling or hyped up, it’s a solid collection that includes some beautiful colors. This makeup collection features five color combinations of their Eye Duo ($32) in various textures. The colors are simple and sophisticated.
1 – Charcoal/Greige (for smoky eyes)
2 – Deep Ocean Blue/Intense Ocean Green
3 – Pale Lilac Grey/Luminous Fuchsia (my favorite)
4 – Light Blue Stone/Sandy Beige
5 – Shimmering Lilac Pearl/Pale Green Pearl
Also included is a new liquid eyeliner dubbed Liquid Silk ($32). I love liquid brush eyeliners so this one is must-have for me. …read more
Milan Fashion Week: Giorgio Armani

The Italian fashion industry may have been rocked by the economic downturn harder than any other fashion capital in the world. So, lots of eyes are on the forty plus designers that will be showcased during the upcoming days.
The shows started with big and fabulous names like Dolce and Gabbana & Giorgio Armani. And fabulous they were (with lots of glitz and glam on the D&G runway…including a Madonna linked boy toy sighting a la Jesus Luz).
Milan Fashion Spring/ Summer 2010 may be focused on menswear, but just because we’re ogling at the stunning bodies of the male models doesn’t mean …read more

I haven’t decided what I’m getting my dad for Father’s Day yet. He is fairly particular and I usually play it safe with a Barnes and Noble Gift Card. Not this year. So I’m still shopping around.
Here’s another Father’s Day gift idea for great-smelling dads…

Though I have a couple Armani pieces in my wardrobe, I had never tried anything from the Giorgio Armani Cosmetics line until recently. Many fashion designers have crossed over into the makeup world with varying degrees of success. When I was introduced to Giorgio Armani Maestro Mono Eyeshadow, I was pleasantly surprised.
Featuring a super silky formula, the shadow is available in three textures – Matte for deep color, Satin for “lustrous sheen” and Sparkling for shimmer. With colors ranging from pretty pastels (such as Sparkling Lilac and Matte Light Green) to deep, dark shades (such as Sparkling Blue Navy and …read more

This is not the shawl to casually drape around your shoulders when you’re feeling a little chilly in the evenings…
This is not the shawl to wear when you’re feeling under the weather…
This however is the shawl you wear when you want to look like a million bucks for a black-tie occasion!
That’s Giorgio Armani’s “floral applique scarf“. It’s created from layers of sheer, embroidered black silk, sewn to make dimensional flowers.

Bright and bold colors aren’t for everyone. If you’re not looking for something over-the-top, but you still want something eye-catching, try these Giorgio Armani Aviator Sunglasses.
These shades have a silvertone metal frame with acrylic stems and feature the Giorgio Armani logo engraved along the silvertone bar. The lenses are completely UV protected and are shaded a dark tint of brown. You can also get this style in dark gray, if you want. I like the little cut out at the top. It makes them unique! This is the right type of style for someone who wants a mature look. Bonus: …read more

Say Armani to anyone and most likely they’ll think of high end fashion. Yes, that high end fashion. The kind that gets little children all gooey on the inside, makes women swoon, and even makes men want to shop. But oh my! What is the difference between all these collections?
Armani? Armani Privé? Armani Exchange? Armani Collezioni? Please fashion gods, help me sort out which Armani line I want to wear, which one I can afford, and which one all the fashionistas are wearing.
Armani Exchange: Commonly referred to as A|X, I see trendy Mexican nationals, and even trendy Americans wearing Armani Exchange …read more
