Boss Hugo Boss Hugo Element ($65) – This scent is for the guy who is confident and sophisticated. It has notes of ginger, cedarwood and coriander.
Guerlain Homme ($80) – A musky scent with floral and woods for the guy who wants something masculine yet fresh.
Ermenegildo Zegna Zegna Colonia ($70) – A seductive woodsy scent for him that has notes of bergamot, iris, violet, cedar and musk.
Givenchy Play Intense ($76) – A deeper woodsy scent with mandarins, coffee, pepper and patchouli.
True Religion For Men ($79) – A masculine scent that is perfect for the guy who wants to command attention. It’s another woodsy scent that has touches of verbena, juniper berry, patchouli and sandalwood.

Fall Fragrances for Him and Her

Recently, I discovered Givenchy Prismissime Mat & Glow. This compact features a checkerboard of caramel color, both matte and pearly. You can blend them together or use them separately to get just the right amount and shade of color. You can use the product on cheeks, forehead and nose to get a sunny glow. Also experiment with it as an eye color or use it on your cleavage and shoulders.

I’ll admit it, when Justin Timberlake went solo I thought it was the last we’d hear of him.  But now that his singles have made their way into my favorite workout mixes, I gotta be real: I’m a Justin Timberlake fan!  So when I heard that he would be the new face of Givenchy’s cologne, Play, I was very excited for him.  Atta kid.   Unfortunately, if you’re dying to find out more, it’s not launching until autumn.

Usually Escada seems to have cornered the market on summery, limited edition scents. Givenchy’s certainly giving everyone else a run for their money in that regard. This one’s a must-sniff based on the Star Anise notes alone. Mint and rose is an unexpected combo but it works.
