This week on The Fashion Show, the intern must dig deep down and go waaaay back by channeling some of the most iconic designers of all time. But before they get down to business, there is a pop quiz and Reco is sweating it because he didn’t go to design school.
Merlin gets all paranoid and thinks the girls are forming their own secret circle (um, that’s what we girls do) while Haven has a last minute disaster right before she goes on the runway!

It’s not easy to style and care for extra curly hair. To play off Haven and Anna’s tribal inspired outfit for the elimination challenge on this week’s episode of The Fashion Show, Jeanie Syfu kept the model’s hair natural, but emphasized each curl using a curling iron and extra care. She ended up looking naturally chic, not too done up – just like a winner should.
You can recreate this look using a few simple steps from TRESemme.
A Few Tips…
Curls require extra maintenance – if you go too long without a trim, those ringlets will not cooperate.

Sure, everyone seems to agree that Haven and Anna’s winning design from Thursday’s episode of The Fashion Show was the best…a conclusion that was predictable almost to a fault. But since there were only four designs this week between each team of two, let’s take a minute to talk about what went wrong – or right – with the other three designs.
Merlin and Johnny created quite a nice looking dress -but the coat didn’t do much for it. I like the shoes they paired with their design – and her hair is out of control messy chic! Even though I …read more

This week on The Fashion Show, the designers worked in pairs to complete each of the challenges. In the Harper’s Bazaar Mini Challenge, they paired up to answer every party girl’s favorite question…
“How am I going to turn this party dress into work attire? Because I don’t have time to go home and shower.”
You know you’ve been there…and if you say you haven’t, I know you’re fibbing!
Though working in pairs felt oddly reminiscent of the team challenges we all don’t miss, what made the difference in this case was who ended up working with who. The teams were:
Lidia and James-Paul

Tonight, Becki Newton and Veronica Webb join The Fashion Show as special guests! From the preview clips, it looks like Daniella and Reco are taking some cheap swipes at each other and the designers are a little bit nervous about what they’re sending down the runway! I can’t wait to see what the designers cook up for this very “real world” challenge of figuring out how to pull yourself together and look like you aren’t still wearing the same clothes you partied in last night when you head to work..!

Exciting news…! One of my favorite/most underrated actresses on the planet, Becki Newton (of “Ugly Betty” fame) will be joining The Fashion Show this week to present the Harper’s Bazaar mini challenge, where the designers must answer the age-old question of how to cope when you’re doing the “walk of shame” to work. Each designer must turn last night’s party ensemble into an office appropriate outfit using anything (and everything!) one might find in a typical office.
Don’t try to hide it…you know you’ve been there. Won’t it be nice to have a few crafty ideas for getting through the day …read more
