Alexander McQueen is known for his outrageous designs and fashionable flights of fancy.  He seems to have been inspired by the natural world lately, with butterflies, wood grain and even cloud patterns making their way into his designs.

 These shoes are a wee bit beyond my price range – they’re so gorgeous that I had to post them.  After all, how can I resist high heels with sparkly dragonflies on them – especially from Christian Lacroix!
