Jargol is a hub for shoppers. Not just independent design, but mainstream and pretty much anything with clothing involved. This site has a fantastic shopping guide of independent stores in cities across the US. Each site profil will tell you if they do online business, the price range of the clothes, where it is, what brands you’ll find there, and their phone number.
Their blog is a must-read for sales and cool designers that you’ve yet to hear about. I don’t know what else you could ask for.
