The key ingredient is Amazonian White Clay, a unique ingredient sourced, via a fair trade partnership, from the Marajo Island in South America. The white clay is gathered, from the basin of the Amazon River at the beginning of the dry season. That said, I’m very much a fan of their new Amino Acid Conditioner. It’s made as a conditioning companion to Amino Acid Shampoo (obviously), and it’s created with sensitive scalps in mind.

As you have seen from recent posts, I’m all about the protein in my hair – and this is made with wheat proteins and amino acids, which helps to give it a light, creamy texture (that’s what gives it the shine) but doesn’t weigh it down.
