Milani Color Perfect Lipstick is a creamy formula that goes on super smooth and comes in 45 shades. This full-color lipstick offers three dark blackberry-like hues that are perfect for this fall and winter — Magenta Madness, Sexy Rose …read more

Shu Uemura Pink Collection 2009

Shu Uemura has released a set, called The Pink Collection, of nine new shades of rouge unlimited and five new shades of gloss unlimited. While they don’t have any cutesy names to identify which pink is right for you, my favorites are the Rouge Unlimited Pink Collection PK312 and Gloss Unlimited Pink Collection PK315N.
To demonstrate how each gloss could be worked into your daily makeup routine, they have also put together three different looks to use as examples, like this one for Noble Elegance.
Noble Elegance – Dark pink enhances your bone structure and give depth and dimension to your features. …read more

Guerlain ‘Le Rouge G de Guerlain’ Lipstick

Have you ever had a tube of lipstick open in your purse? Turning a neat and tidy lining into a mess of receipts and lipstick gunk? I’ve had that happen one too many times…you would think that at some point I would learn my lesson, but unfortuately every time it happens I lose a perfectly good lipstick and wreck the inside of a purse.
Well, now Guerlain has the answer – with the beautifully designed Le Rouge G de Guerlain lipstick designed by famed jeweler, Lorenz Baumer. I don’t think I have ever seen a lipstick case this beautiful (and functional) …read more

Can You Pull Off Orange Lipstick?

Scarlett Johansson’s bold orange lipstick isn’t for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of courage and class to pull off such a rich, vibrant and very risky color.
Brightly colored (even neon!) lipsticks are already a big trend for spring. The trick is to know your skin tone, hair color, and find a shade that complements what you were born with. As a natural brunette, if I tried to step out of the house wearing this shade of orange, it is pretty much guaranteed that I wouldn’t make it down the street without a few people chuckling.
So how do …read more
