Paired with honey (which can hydrate and soothe skin), a milk bath is really relaxing and healthy. Here’s a quick easy recipe for a honey and milk bath that will leave your skin feeling and looking beautiful.
Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Raw Honey
2 teaspoons Aloe Vera Gel
Directions
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
