Repel Mosquitoes and Smell Good Doing It

Mom  came by  last night and while we were relaxing on the patio with a cold one,  the subject turned to mosquitoes. Yuck.
She mentioned that a friend of hers at work sells Avon (funny note, as I’m typing this an Avon commercial suddenly came on the TV). Her friend told her that the classic Skin So Soft scent will repel mosquitoes, if mixed with water and applied with a spray bottle.
