Though we are in the midst of Spring 2010 Fashion Week, I want to take a look back at the makeup at Fall 2009 Fashion Week. After all, we are actually heading into fall. Most of the fall makeup collections we’ve seen have been sexy and alluring with shades of gold and brown.
Here you will see NARS for Marchesa and for Phillip Lim at Fall 2009 Fashion Week. The makeup is sexy and mysterious, but not too harsh. I love the cosmetics used for Phillip Lim — it’s rocker chic without being too “hard.”  The emphasis is on bottom lashes.

I’m a big fan of NARS eyeshadow and lately I’ve been exploring their other cosmetics as well. I was delighted to see some of the fabulous shades in their Fall 2009 collection. This collection features sophisticated fall colors for an alluring, glamorous modern look.
