There is a lot goin on with this dress, but it works out seamlessly. Made by Venni Caprice, it’s a cowl neck hoodie to start. In addition to that, it’s got an obi belt in the swirly pink fabric and cute puffed sleeves.
My favorite part has to be the cowl hoodie. It’s not a combination you often see and I would usually think that it looks bad, but I like it here.
It’s super stretchy and would fit a extra-small to medium. $110
