Last month, we heard about Lindsay Lohan’s new tanning mist, Sevin Nyne. Available at Sephora, a bottle retails for $35/each, and is named after Lindsay’s favorite numbers. While I may not approve of Lindsay’s tendency to be at the center of trouble and Hollywood mishaps, Sevin Nyne sounds promising.
Active ingredients include:
-Dihydroxyacetone (DHA): Darkens skintone.
-Ordenone: Reduces DHA scent.
-Caramel: Provides instant, natural color.
-Goji Berry Extract: Provides antioxidant benefits.

I live in a part of California that allows me to wear shorts almost year round. Seriously. Yes, it does freeze on occasion, but during the month of January, I was able to wear shorts to work at my daughter’s school on four separate days. Woot!
Of course that also means there’s no hiding my legs beneath heavy Winter clothes. I have to continue to be vigilant about shaving my legs. Darn.
Well, not exactly “darn,” because I’ve been using some of the new Venus Shavers, from Gillette, and they make it easy to have smooth, nick-free legs.

Bailey, my daughter, and I tried the new ChapStick® True Shimmer™ lip balms this weekend.
Bay tried the True Shimmer Tropical. She said, “It smelled really good and it felt smooth, not dry. I liked the shimmer, without added color, that’s more my look.”  The tropical scent is a mixture of pineapple and coconut.

What does a fairy smell like? 
I’d guess that it would be something in the fruit or floral family. I’d also guess that Paris Hilton thinks the same thing as her new scent, Fairy Dust, has a strong Gardenia note.
