Okay, I want to offer the disclaimer that I am not, personally, into bride-logoed accessories. At my bachelorette party, I firmly refused to wear anything brides-y, including a curled ribbon tiara or pink button. But there is a huge demand out there for bride printed apparel, and so I feel it is my duty to tell you where to get it for a reasonable price.

If you have ever been to Japan, then you will know that there is a level of appreciation for accessories there that goes beyond what we have in the United States.  There are tons of stores devoted just to selling “kawaii” (cute!!) socks, tights, phone charms, and hair accessories everywhere.  Although these items are popular everywhere in Japan, it is nearly impossible to find them once I am back in the U.S.

I am happy to see that sunglasses styles have moved away from the overly flashy and over-the-top “bling” designs to more of a vintage and minimalistic look for this summer.  Here are some trends that I think will be “out” this summer:

wrapping or shield sunglasses – Styles with a one-piece lens and super wide sides are good for sun protection, but not so good on style.  I think Paris Hilton wore these a lot back when The Simple Life was still being filmed and Nicole Richie wasn’t skinny.
