As promised last week, I’ve got my review of FlowerByKenzo Essentielle Eau de Parfum. The fragrance is a powdery floral. It opens with a top note of Rosa Damasacena, which is also known as the Damask Rose….

The Scent of a Crush

Guerlain of France is debuting a new fragrance called Idylle this Fall, September 2009. It’s being billed as “dream of love,” or the “olfactory embodiment of a transient love affair.” Hhm, that’s some fancy wordage that basically says, the scent smells like a crush.
The Idylle launch will be supported by both TV and print advertising, directed by fashion photographer Paolo Roversi. The fragrance face is actress/singer Nora Arnezeder, who is depicted dancing and singing to a reorchestrated version of Singing in the Rain as golden raindrops fall all around her.
