I love the cooler months of October through March. It gives me time to break in the sweaters and jeans. But, there are always those days when the building I am in  (whether it’s an office building or a store) has the heat cranked up to 100 degrees making it feel like the middle of August. It really makes the need for a sweater just…unnecessary. But, if I walk outside to the car or to grab lunch down the street I will feel the chill in the air. So, what in the world are we to do?
