Silk screening is one way of printing crisp images onto fabric – used most commonly to create t-shirts.
Etsy seller Circular Accessories has taken silk screening a step further and creates lovely accessories using lightweight jersey fabric.
Check out this lovely “Red Bird & Sakura Branch” scarf, made from cream colored sheer jersey:
Perfect for adding an added punch to your outfit or an extra layer of warmth during a cool evening.

Black Flowers from Armani

This is not the shawl to casually drape around your shoulders when you’re feeling a little chilly in the evenings…
This is not the shawl to wear when you’re feeling under the weather…
This however is the shawl you wear when you want to look like a million bucks for a black-tie occasion!
That’s Giorgio Armani’s “floral applique scarf“. It’s created from layers of sheer, embroidered black silk, sewn to make dimensional flowers.

pegasus shawl
I’ve been obsessed with pashmina shawls lately. I want one badly. I think it’s because I get cold easily and they’re so much more compact than sweaters or sweatshirts. And fashionable. I wen hunting for one on Etsy and came across this gorgeous Pegasus shawl from Moonrox. It’s silk-screened with the constellation Pegasus. From the looks of it, there were other constellations before, so maybe this is one in a series?
