Newport News’ Sassy Short Yellow Dress is *IN* and On Sale

The color block style, wide hem of a contrasting color, yellow material, and pleating are all very *in* and trendy elements this season.  I especially like how they did a smooth pleat on the bodice leading into the pleat at the top of a full skirt.  This is a really nice design.
