During the warmer months I splurge on manicures and funky fun nail polish. After the temperature dips below sixty degrees my feet retreat into some nice luxurious socks. Usually, my luxury socks are thick and may have some cheesy pattern on them (like pigs or stripes) but after seeing these Miu Miu Embellished Socks from Net-A-Porter I think I may upgrade my standards to some sequins and beads.

I will just bet that you don’t have a pair that look this festive! At the moment, I’m wearing white and by comparison, they are just a wee bit dull. needless to say, I need to ditch the white boring socks and pull on something a little more in keeping with the holiday. After they have been worn and then washed/dried, bundle them into a sandwich bag and store them in your dresser drawer. They will be protected and you will always know where to look for them. Mine are in my underwear and sock drawer… right at the back. See how easy it is. I can find what I need in seconds flat.

Today’s all about socks. It’s time to get rid of any that you don’t like for one reason or another. I have even found myself saving that one elusive sock, just in case I find its mate. And I have been saving this one sock for about a year.
Chances are, I’m not going to find it, so it’s out of here. And on my shopping list goes a few new pairs that I have needed for positively ages. Just not a lot of fun shopping for socks!
