Day two of the Latest Luxe Spring 2009 Designer Preview and we’ve come to Stella McCartney’s Spring and Resort Collection. These are some of my favorites from her 2009 designs….
Ribbon Embroidered Dress This looks almost like a swimsuit cover-up, but it is really a short metallic mesh dress with detailed ribbon embroidery. Dropped shoulders and an extended hemline in the back adds to the sophisticated yet casual elegance of the dress. It is $3,945.

While I have yet again missed another major fashion event in the World Music Awards (they actually were handed out in early November).
I caught the State side airing this evening. While watching them I caught the Belgian born songstress Kate Ryan wearing a stunning glitzy Asymmetric Dress. While her dress is not the only thing I love about her, her hair is fabulous and check out those legs (and without leggings!)! I knew I could find a similar dress somewhere in the US.
