Let’s face it – we don’t all have budgets to spend $1000 on an evening bag, especially if it’s not going to get carried all that often.

So what’s a fashionista on a budget going to do if you want a clutch purse for evening – that still looks elegant and feminine?

I’ve got some options for you…
