Do you have a casual, knock around tote bag? You know, the ones you can use to carry your beach essentials, take with you to the flea market, use as a grocery bag and even as a lunchbag for work. Two of my favourite casual totes are from Angry Little Girls (aka AGL), I use them as beach bags as well as lunchbags.
Angry Little Girls, began as a short video by Lela Lee. She created the “angry little asian girl” character back in 1994, had t-shirts made of it and then started a comic strip which turned into a series …read more

I’m a big fan of cloth shopping bags and fabric totes, but they can be awfully bulky if you’re doing a lot of shopping.
The solution?
Baggu Bags – ultra light-weight rip-stop nylon bags that fold into their own little pouch (5″ X 5″) and come in a rainbow of colors:
There’s also the Baby Baggu for when you only have little things to carry…
Or the Big Baggu for when you need to carry lots and lots!

It’s Earth Day today – now, I’m one of those people who think that we should be more Earth-friendly every day… but it’s still a good day to focus on products that are better for our environment
Let’s start off with the “Baldaci” shoe from Timberland:
It’s got an organic cotton upper and lining made using 70% recycled fibers.

This totebag combines two Earth-friendly things – first of all, carrying a totebag means you don’t need to use plastic bags. This “Shelogical” totebag is also created with organic cotton (did you know that cotton is one of the most …read more

That I need something to warm me up! Now admittedly, these boots would do the trick with the nasty blizzard that’s hit my neck of the woods (-40 wind chill is just too darn cold)
But they’re not quite what I’m thinking about….
I think that these turquoise Pucci wedges are more like it!
Perhaps paired with this whimsical handbag from Braccialini?
Now that’s the way to chase away the winter blues!
Of course, you could also enter to win a sleek, steel bracelet as well

In honor of Blog Action Day I thought I’d profile some environmentally-friendly reusable totebags. Taking care of the planet doesn’t necessarily mean having to make huge changes in your life – little things help too!
Fabric totebags are great because they can be used hundreds, if not thousands of times – much better than a bag you can only use once.
And, hey – you might as well look fabulous if you’re going to be eco-conscious!
This is the “Letter K” totebag from WeAreBang.
Or if ec0-friendly & pin-up girl is more your style, how about the “Well Read & Naughty” totebag from Lollibomb?
