Pylones Bikini A Epiler Tweezer, it’s quite a mouthful isn’t it? Wait ’till you see it. You would have an Oh Em Gee moment.
My friend and fellow b5media blogger Star actually found it and sent me the link. I swear she finds the weirdest stuff.
Anyhooo, this Pylones Bikini A Epiler Tweezer makes bikini grooming a bit more interesting and fun I guess. That round thing you are wondering about is actually a suction cup which adheres to any mirror or flat surface. and wouldn’t you know it, this cool looking tweezers come in different 6 designs. Do you need another tweezer? I know I don’t but thought about buying a new one upon seeing this Tweezerman tweezer from Sephora.
I mean, it had butterflies which I love, AND it’s pink. If that’s not a girly tweezer I don’t know what is. There’s actually one in green color too but I like the pink one. So basically, I like it because of the color and butterflies? Yes, pretty much. The reviews posted at Sephora says it’s precise in plucking even the most stubborn pesky brow hairs. It probably does but aren’t all our trusted tweezers that …read more

Your eyes are not deceiving you. That’s a Tweezerman Brow & Concealer Brush Set. Let me further explain what this set is all about.
Brow Shaping Brush — the lush nylon bristles sweeps the brow into a shape you want to prepare for tweezing AND after tweezing as well.
Brow Powder Brush — this helps define the shape of your brow when you apply it along the recently tweezed curve or natural contour of your brow.
Brow Highlighter/Concealer Brush — a little dab and blending to highlight under the brow area and other highpoints area around your face.
Isn’t that …read more
Jemma Kidd Essential Tweezers

This Jemma Kidd Essential Tweezers have ergonomically finger grip and angled pincers for easy handle and gripping the tiniest hair without pinching the skin. Don’t you just hate it when you pinch the skin because there is that 1 (or two hairs) that just refuse to be picked? I can almost feel it.
So if you experience those days a lot, give Jemma Kidd Essential Tweezers a try. It would be nice not to walk around with no reddened skin, know what I mean? The pink case is not too shabby either. It’s $25 from Nordstrom.

Reasons Why I Like Tweezerman Tweezers

I remember a few months ago that I’ve purchased my first ever pair of Tweezerman tweezers – in pink! I’ve been intrigued on how it is held at a high pedestal and considered such a legend. I’ve long denied myself this brand thinking that I can make do with less expensive counterparts, and just now, as I had some extra money to shell, I decided , once and for all, to try it and see for myself if it’s newfound awe and affirmation that Tweezerman is indeed a legend, or just a plain whine that it’s simply overrated and overpriced. …read more
Eyebrow Grooming/Shaping Tutorial

For those who want to whip up their tweezers and try to groom their brows on their own, here’s a great tutorial from Michelle Phan ( whom, I think, comes up with amazingly helpful beauty videos ).
I like this tutorial in particular because it is pretty simple, and demonstrates via video what books have been illustrating. In my opinion, this video made it easier for me to better understand those countless books and instructions that I’ve read about eyebrow grooming.

Last December, there was someone who inspired me to groom my brows and actually focus on them heavily. I remember her saying,“You’re in the beauty business, you MUST have beautifully groomed brows. Your brows are flat, you need to make an arch to give it a “flirty look.”
That moment, I started cursing the person who threaded my brows. (So, it was his fault my lovelife’s gone awry. HAHA, I’m kidding.). That night, I made an arch, and I’m sure it made all the difference. From that moment on, I swore to take care of my brows, remove stray hair every …read more

When I posted about La Tweez Illuminating Tweezers, I was ready to pay the price of light and precise tweezing for the ultimate eyebrow care. I think it costs about a little above twenty dollars, and I see this in my beauty blogging girlfriend Phoebe’s site. A clone, a clone! And it costs only about two to three dollars here. Woah!
