I am firm believer in staying friends with your bridesmaids, and the moment you start telling them what to wear, you’re standing on thin ice. Then you tell them they have to pay for it, and things only get worse. So, if you make wise decisions in these moments, it could go a long way towards keeping your ladies happy. Personally, I let all my bridesmaids pick their own black dresses, but if I had my way, I would put them in this one.

It’s elegant, simple, classic, and under a hundred dollars. The neckline would be flattering on a variety of women, and is more practical for busty bridesmaids due to the spaghetti straps.
