Not quite sure WHAT to do with this bag. Do I carry it, or look through it?

When I saw this solar-powered handbag, I thought, “hmmm, now that’s one my friends don’t have!” But then again, I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing.
How does the bag work? That’s what I wondered. Look at this:
