I have a confession to make.
I love vintage purses.
I have vintage purses that I carry every day, and I have vintage purses that I display on my wall as art.
And then there are the vintage purses that were used & abused for thirty years and then donated to the second-hand store…

I adore vintage and antique purses – I’ve got quite a few in my own personal collection There’s something about the attention to detail and delicacy that older evening bags have.
I was tickled pink to see that Anna Sui is using some of the vintage purses as inspiration for her Fall 2008 Collection in Milan:
