Something we all noticed at the Spring 2010 runways: Volume was everywhere.
And it’s going to new heights, says my friend Jet Rhys, of Jet Rhys Salon in San Diego.
The advantage of these new heights is that it makes us look thinner! It’s sort of like doing on a diet from the hair down – high-hair elongates the body in the same way that a great way of heels do, but minus the blisters.

You could say I lucked out in the hair department, if by “lucked out” you love hair that is dry at the ends, oily at the scalp, unwilling and unable to sustain a wave, and far too feral to be plain, straight and easy to manage. Basically, a schizophrenic challenge.
